Brian attended Grace (then called Knollbrook) as a Computer Science student at NDSU. He worked two years as campus staff for the InterVarsity chapter at the University of Minnesota Duluth before getting married in 2005 and moving back to Bemidji to work once again with the InterVarsity chapter at Bemidji State. In 2008, he became the Area Director of Intervarsity for Northern Minnesota. In 2019, Brian and his wife Sandi moved to Mankato, Minnesota as church-planting pastors to launch a new church called Crossview Rosa Parks.

Chaplain Bob Bliss is the Founder and President of the Master's Theatre Inc. (TMT), a Christian drama troupe that ministers to inmates of jails and prisons around the country and their families.

The New Life Center is Fargo's oldest and largest rescue mission whose purpose and pledge is to serve homeless and needy people through a program of spiritual, physical, material, and emotional assistance coupled with education and public awareness. Founded February 1st, 1907 as the Glad Tidings Mission, the New Life Center has evolved from an organization that primarily conducted religious serves and neighborhood outreach work to a Christian multi-faceted emergency and crisis service center.
