Ken Olson: Wycliffe Bible Translators

Ken has been with Wycliffe for many years. He attended Grace (then called Knollbrook) as a student at NDSU. Ken is currently a Senior Linguistics Consultant for SIL International, Wycliffe's main partner organization. He consults for Bible translation teams around the world, advises on software and website development, referees academic publications, teaches at SIL training programs, and conducts basic linguistics research.

merge ministries and IFES

Daniela de La Rosa Cordova is a translator with Merge ministries and is also involved with International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES) which in an international arm of Intervarsity.   Daniela was our translator on our most recent missions trip to Mexico.

Jim and Deb work with Aramaic Bible Translation where Jim is the language project advisor for three "Mother Tongue Translators (MTTs). He is the liaison between the MTT's and the funding agencies, the staff and the board of Aramaic Bible Translation.

dale lusk: International director of global engagement

Dale Lusk is the International Director of Global Engagements for the Evangelical Covenant Church. This role includes oversight of Merge Ministries, Vision Trips, Global Internships, and Global Immersions under the Serve Globally priority for our denomination.

Dale describes the beginning of his ministry saying, "When I was six I made a commitment to Christ as my Savior but did not understand the Lordship of Christ until junior high when I made a deepened commitment to follow him in every area of my life.  From that point on I have considered myself a follower of Christ and continue to  grow in faith in Jesus Christ.  I moved down to the Rio Grande Valley of Texas to help the Spanish-speaking Covenant churches there with regional youth ministry.  I also started taking missions teams to partner with our Covenant sister churches in northern Mexico as a side ministry." 

Karl & Susan Peterson: Covenant Missionaries, Mexico

Karl and Sue are serving in Mexico through ministries of evangelism and outreach, church planting, spiritual formation and discipleship (leadership development), Christian education and programming, mission team facilitation, and music.

Alexander Kazmerchuk: Baltic Church Planter

Alexander Kazmerchuk grew up as a Baptist in the Soviet Union, experiencing from his youth much opposition for his faith. He and his wife Riessa were trained through MDN's Baltic Church Planter Training in Riga, Latvia, after which they were sent to minister in the small Latvian village of Dzirnieku, about an hour outside of the capitol, Riga.
